PROPERTIES :

*ALT EGA X 100 is a perfec disperse and egalize material
* It is foam regulated.
* It is supply uniform leveling dispers dye in poliester dyeing İndantren and reactive dye in cottons dyeing ,kationic dye goups in acrilic dyeing, acid,crom and metal complex dyes inwool dyeing baths.
* It is prevent aglomeration and waste on dying equipment
* It is proved perfect smooh dyeing handle.
* It is prevent formation of oligomer.
* Its high stability dispers and egalize metaril so,it is perfect work in high temperature and high pressure for dyeing poliester and their mixtures.
* There is needlessness washing process after dyeing because of prevent formation of oligomer.
* It is mix with water in all ratio.
* It is used with non-ionic,anionic and cationic dyes , auxiliary chemicals ,acids,salt etc.
* It is used with all kind of carrier.
* It is used for dyeing knitting ,weawing fabrics,bobbin,carpet and fibres dyeing.

APPLICATION

* The bath temperature is adjuct to 50-60 C
* The ph value is regulate 4.5-5
* Add in dyeing bath 0.3-0.6 g/lt ALT EGA X 100. İf need you can a add other auxiliary chemicals in bath .
* Operate the machine 5 minutes before adding dyestuff.
* Add the dyestuff which is filtered than work the machine .10-15 min İn 50-60 C bath temperature.
* Increase the bath temperature to 130 C by the 1-1,5 C/min.
* Work the machine in this 130 C temperature between 60-90 min.according to colour of light or deep.
* Reduce the bath temperature slowly to 70-80 C after finishing dyeing and than drain the water .if need make reductive washing
• Generally there is no need final cleaning operation dyeing
with ALT EGA X 100. For the correction of the poliester goods dyeing with poliester dyes in condition of HT( high temperature )
0.3-0.6 g/lt ALT EGA X 100 at 125-135 C work wachine 1 hour.and then apply below washing process.

1.0-2.0 g/lt sodium hydrosülfite
3.0-5.0 g/lt sodium hydroxide (35 Be)
Temperature :70 C
Time : 10-15 min.

General usage is recomended below
For diepersant : 0.3-0.6 g/lt
For egalizator : 0.5-1.0 g/lt
Extraction of dye :1.0-2.0 g/lt

STORAGE LIFE : Original package and normal temperature 6 month
PACKAGING : 60 Kg plastic carboys and 120 kg plactic barrels
